Please add a license rule that servers that are located in European Union countries must always allow english as a second language. [background: I've seen french servers that don't tolerate english at all...]

    Seems fine to me if they just don't want populated servers(besides mostly french / canadians).

    I feel this is kind of dumb because not everyone from Europe speaks English and also there's NA servers that say English only, so it should go both ways.
