UE4 - Crashed

The problem which appeared since 3.0 update is still not fixed.
I downloaded the newest patch and I get exactly the same crash report.
Already tried:
- re-installing the game: no change
- windowed mode: no change
- rebooting: no change
- verifying integrity of game files: no issues found
