Problem streaming at TWITCH - Help by Settings

Hello fellow members, 

I've been having a problem for a long time to be able to transmit or rather stream Squad on TWITCH.

The problems I have are:

Packet loss in game.

Transmission choppy in Twitch and very bad quality.

I have tried many configurations, but none has given me good results.

Can you give me some tips for streaming, please?

I give you here the data of my internet and my PC:

PC:

Memory: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB (1000 GB, PCI-E 3.0 x4)

CPU: 12-Core AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 4675 MHz (46.75 x 100)

Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (10 GB)

Mother board: MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge WiFi (MS-7C91)

RAM: 2 x Crucial Ballistix 16 GB DDR4-3200
