Streaming TWITCH - Streamlabs (Settings) - HELP!

Hello buddies, 

I've been trying to stream Squad on Twitch for a long time.

I use the Streamlabs program, but unfortunately my Streaming is choppy and I start losing packets in game.

Would it be possible to please give me tips on how to set up Streamlabs and Squad?


Here is some information about my Internet connection and my PC:

Internet:

Memory: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB (1000 GB, PCI-E 3.0 x4)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor        3.70 GHz

RAM: 2 x Crucial Ballistix 16 GB DDR4-3200 DDR4 SDRAM 

Graphic Card: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 aorus xtreme (10 GB)

Moder board: MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge WiFi (MS-7C91)
