Declining Squad Leader

Can you create a way for me to play my role and not give up my weapon of choice when I am given Squad Leader without my consent?
From Day one I have been made a Squad Leader without wanting to be it.
It is Bunk! It Suks!..etc!
If the Squad is disbanded for this reason alone then why not enforce a player experience level to be a squad leader?

Teach the tards a lesson by immediately disbanding.
SL baiting is kickable offense in some servers too.
Kick the player who made you SL and if the SL left and it automatically made you SL, just ask if anyone wants to be SL bc the SL left. If not, just leave the game. That's what I do.
Even that doesn't result in something much different than what we have now. That is just promoting someone else to SL with a few less clicks. What happens when nobody wants to SL? Does the role just go down the list again?
If its in the beginning of the round and someone is just passing the SL role around then the obvious route is to disband the squad. But if its mid round and the SL inexplicably leaves then its better if you have someone fill that role. It really makes me wish that more people would learn the basics of squad leading, not to become a SL main, but to simply be able to fill in the role when needed. That's probably asking too much though, God forbid someone have to give up their kit and accept a bit more responsibility. . .
YES. Many servers and players reasonably want to not have unnecessary "pass the hot
potatosquad leader" game in the middle of a battle. If messes up the entire team structure and gameplay for everyone. You have to be willing to start a squad, don't drop the reasonability on someone unwilling without first giving the opportunity to decline. Also, make a server setting to set a X seconds timeout you have to stay squad leader if you create a squad (maybe even a option to auto-kick if they do). This prevents players trapping other into becoming SL.
