In situations when a HESCO Wall is not needed it would extremely useful to allow 1 HECO block to be placed upon another. In situations when an area is not reasonably appropriate for a HESCO wall but would be perfect for 2 HESCO blocks, that is when this would be a great and simple quality of life improvement to the game.
