Helicopter controls disabled after repairing

Lead pilot kit. Public server. Latest version. Helicopter gets damaged. Exit helicopter and perform repair. Enter helicopter again. Able to start engine but can't raise collective. Tried exiting and entering again. I have not changed any controls, I do not use a joystick. This happens every time.

    Issue has been resolved. Did all the typical things like clearing download cache, verify integrity of files, deleting SquadGame folder. Did a bunch more because this was not the issue I was currently trying to fix but it just happened to fix this one as well so I don't know which of the steps that actually worked.
