Aiming and interaction

Noticed sometimes I cannot aim via RMB and cannot interact using F (cannot get into vehicles etc)
Only way to solve the issue is go prone and then I get my aiming back and can interact. Had it happen a few times yesterday.
Can't screen shot it as there is nothing to see. Any bugs now that are causing this?
