So what is the fix for the Microphone Problem

The Microphone on multiple headsets stops working between games. Whether or not you turn on your headset and microphone before starting Squad, the microphone stops working.

Since playing this game when it came out in beta in 2015 I have never experienced a problem like this. What's going on?

    Its anyone's guess at this point. Sorry to say but there really isn't a fix. I believe the developers attempted to fix the issue years ago but they never did find anything and presumably gave up. Best to start sacrificing virgins in volcanoes as that is bound to be the only thing that works at this point.

    What headset are you using by the way? I've tried a number of times to find a trend in what headsets have trouble with the game and often it seems that headsets with their own soundcards often have problems. But then again, that's true as often as it is not. . .

    FIFINE T669 USB MICROPHONE

    I use an older model but the price is the same...high reviews, and it is plug n play when you set up the mic ingame at settings..Cheers.

    I don't have head phones, sry.

    So still no fix for this? I mean, I really enjoy waiting 20 minutes when I need to reset the game when my mic stops working between games... I mean I REALLY love that. And I know the developers of this game hate hearing about problems because they hate us, but man it's a little time consuming waiting 20 minutes between each game. Would be great to not have to reset and wait 20 minutes in a server queue because of some battle between the devs and modern headsets.
