Missing commander assest button

On all layers/maps if I am voted Commander I They're missing the large grey button in the top left corner of the full/ ENTER map that let's you calli in the UAV or arty. I CAN approve request from squad leaders though.

    My keyboard had a macro binding to caps lock.


    Bind caps lock to the ";" key and you should be fine.
