keep getting kicked out of servers

I keep getting kicked off servers after playing for like an hour out off no were its saying my anti cheat has expired or my anti cheat has ran out or something to that estint or it just crashes out of nowere really woud appreciate some help on these concerns really like this game but these bugs are very frustrating
