After many years I have just found my Founders key. I have tried to activate it in Steam New Product and Wallet with no success. How do I go about activating the key? I want to use the custom weapon skins.
I'm having a totally circular conversation with the support team. I am part of a Clan Package of backers. Case #13773, I really am getting frustrated as I helped fund this project back in the day and am getting ZERO satisfaction.
If you are the purchaser of the clan tier pack, meaning the person who used his kickstarter account and made the payment, make sure to have all relevant info; IE - Email, receipt etc
If you aren't the account which made the overall purchase, you may need to get in contact with the person who is, it may make the process easier.
Soooo I'm not the only one having problems..... It would be nice to get this resolved. After all we supported this project from the very beginning and should get what we were promised and payed for. Even if it requires support doing some extra work !!!

I think its a lost cause..... the guy who did this has left the clan. All I have is a Key that steam does not recognize. No worries.

I am "the" clan backer for my clan and have yet to receive word.
Support tickets may take longer to reply to, due to it being weekend hours.
