Problems with connection to this one Server

Hello all....

I have a Problem with the connection to my favorite Server. I stuck in the Mapscreen for a long time (sometimes 15 minutes), then i get stuck in the deploy Screen, where you can choose your Squad.... If i not get bored in this screen, i have to wait for another few minutes... in this Time I am not able to see mapmarkers and spawnpoints... I also hava 10% packet lost every 20 seconds in this first ten minutes....

I tryed:

clearing cach

redownload and reinstall the whole game

a new ssd

router and networkgear update


Also, there are no problems at all on every other server i tryed.

Anyone here with a helping hand?

    I have this exact same issue since v2 release. I sent in a ticket via zendesk but was informed an upcoming patch would fix this issue.

    The problem remains even on the latest 2.7 patch.

    I join the server with no problems but the map loading takes ages.

    When it does load 5-15mins it never display Squads correctly. Players a missing. Role icons are missing. the JOIN button does not work.

    Please can someone take a look at this issue.

    If I tether to my phone's internet then the issue does not occur. Only on Wifi or cabled broadband. My ISP has ran multiple tests and everything is fine.

    Issue remains in v2.8.0.12

    When loading into server with players the scoreboard slowly populates over time. By slow I mean 10+mins

    Join button for joining a Squad does nothing. Extreme lag and teleporting.

    HABs, Rally are not displayed.

    I could go on. But based on the feedback for both the OP's topic and mine the message is loud and clear.

    Ohhh very nice, another guy with the same Problem. Do you have this problem on every server or only on one specific server?

    And yes, after 2.8..... there is the same. I also tryed with my laptop (wifi) and i have the same behavior. Nothing change, mayby a littlebit faster connection on the server itself, but then there are the same problems. No mapicons, no rallys, no habs.... Kits are missing, players are missing, and even squads are missing.... But i have this problem only on one specific server.

    Only on one server. My regular server where I'm whitelisted.

    I tryed SEALZ and i have almost the same problem, but i stuck there not in loading screen.... Also the server was almost empty....

    Weeks later and problem persists. Still no known solution. Some official comment would be appreciated

    Yesterday i Had no problems at all. I think i found my Problem! @Irish Eire do you have a unify usg?

    Wait.. you mean there are servers? I've been unable to find any servers since dl'ing the game and playing the tutorial....

    New update still same issue. Would post screenshots but apparently you can't.

    Will be back July 9th to celebrate 2 month anniversary....

    Shiny new update. Shiny new map. Same old issue.

    Map loads but 20% players don't. I can't ADS if I spawn in. I can hear squad comms fine but most cap points remain a mystery. Lucky if I see a HAB so I can spawn in.

    Cleared cache, validated files, flushed DNS etc....

    I'm really sorry this is happening to you, I don't have any suggestions, it sounds like your doing everything correctly. I presume you have tried a fresh install on another drive? that is our last resort go to and usually suggests a dead sector on the drive.


    We hope to see you on the Battlefield soon.

    Yes, installed on separate SSD drive and issue persists. A complete mystery. As I said, if I tether to my phone I can play. Its my router, either wired or wireless that refuses to play nice.

    Well, not my router because I even changed router and the issue remains....

    I've officially given up trying to figure out the issue. Maybe someday it'll resolve itself.

    I checked the settings of the router. In USG ( Unify ) the "Thread Management" causes the issue! Turned it off and every thing went smoothly

    1 server only...never resolved despite many updates to Squad
