“Disconnected from queue” problem

When I try to join the server, it does not matter if it is empty or full, a window shows me in which it says that I am the first in the queue, and then after about a minute of waiting, it disconnects me from this queue and the error "disconnected from the server" pops up, the reconnect button does not work, this happens to all servers.I tried all the ways to solve connection problems (everything I found on the steam forum, on this site and just on the Internet), nothing helped.
