Game cannot launch on steam because of steam cloud or something

I know this isn't steam but I am trying here anyway hopefully a dev or something could help me out. I have copied the post over, hopefully u guys can take a look also here is a screen shot.

THIS IS THE LIKE 2 FRAMES OF WHAT I SEE BEFORE IT STOPS RUNNING

Steam cloud links with squad then goes to checkings, and shuts SQUAD off
been like this for months tried everything , verifying integrity game files, clearing download cache, moving files, uninstalling twice, restarting my computer and deleting the local files on my computer aswell. I have read every article on what could be wrong tried all the fixes, Hopefully someone out there can help me out

    Edit : turned off steam cloud, issue was still there with no cause can some help from the little time I have put into the game I loved it and I love milsim unfortunately this game isn't working any help would be much appreciated
