ammo-racking a tank should instantly kill its crew

When getting ammo-racked, crew still has all the time in the world to bail out of the tank. Crew should instantly die as soon as tank gets ammo-racked. The fire in the tank would instantly kill a real crew (afaik).

Modern tanks are designed to allow the crew to survive this kind of event. It should be possible to repair any damage to tracks and go back to main to repair/replace the vehicle when that happens. On older tanks it is a good idea, though, and should destroy the vehicle entirely.
