Booted to version 3.0?

I went to start up the game and it gives me a weird update window about Update 3.0 rolling out, and underneath it's all placeholder text. I cant join any servers, every time i try it just says host cut connection. Any idea what's going on? I've verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing
