How long does it take for license approval/denial?

Hello, I know it says a few days to receive a response, but I am wondering if that's always the case? I have a group of about 700 with a lot eager to start playing on the 19th server and we didn't realize a license was needed beforehand.

    Service takes about 10 days from what I have heard.
