Ammo Glitch

Whenever I try to restock from my ammo bag or someone else’s ammo bag nothing happens. Same thing happens at ammo crates. The only way for I’ve found to restock ammo is to go switch kits at an ammo box. I have restarted the game and redownloaded. Any ideas on how to fix?
