in Game Support

Hi all, I sent a request for support almost a week ago and have not heard back.

I haven't been able to play in months as I get an unreal engine crash upon startup. I've un subscribed to all mods, installed the latest video drivers nothing helps.

Win7 64 b it. logs and screenie of errors. I cant even get to the point where the game sets up the game settings.ini file to modify. as for UE4, PS and HLL work fine.

    Update to V5.0 had no effect. unable to play, UE4 crash on startup. Can't even get to menu.
