Drag and drop to update map markers

The ability to drag and drop existing map markers on the command map to update their location and duration.
Would reduce clicks needed to update a mark by not having to delete the old icon and navigate the icon menu to place a new one. Would reduce clutter and marker inaccuracy.

A small delay, an icon change, and a "cancel action" option would help with that -- to avoid accidentally moving markers when you want to scroll around the map.
Yes that's a concern. Isn't "move map" on left mouse? Drag could be on the right, like it is for placing marks.
