More Drones & Electronic warfare!

Just throwing out my idea to give insurgents more small remote drones they can attach IEDs to, making it a limited class, even though they are OP atm but could be balanced out with electronic countermeasures.
Allow teams like the US, UK etc... the ability to construct jammers & equip vics with the means to take out these small drones & other overhead UAVs would cause anyone in the drone's camera view just to see loads of static and make it very hard to see.
Would be nice to actually be able to defend yourself when inside a tank against a tiny drone you cannot see until it nukes you in one hit because it's got 5 IEDs stuck to it!
