When I attempt to launch the game it crashes and the error message in the title pops up. At first it also said that "PhysXUpdateLoader64" was an untrusted file, I dealt with that problem by downloading a new one from the internet however it still crashes. I have tried everything but it doesn't work. It may be caused by my terrible PC, my specs are pretty bad. I have a GT 730. Its probably caused by that but if there is a probable fix id be thankful do try. Thanks.

I too am having this same issue since 4.3 went live, I had a support ticket open and was talking to people at OWI until someone came in telling me the issue was something on my end and then closed the ticket, so that when I addressed the issues on my end and it still wasn't working, the issue was closed as far as they were concerned. You aren't the only one having this issue, there are several threads out there with people having this same exact issue, at this point it's a "hurry up and wait" until someone finds a fix for it unfortunately.
On a side note, most people I have talked to that have this issue have GPU's that don't support DX12, I believe the GT 730 is in that category, it seems like the issue might have something to do with that?
