Running man loading forever

I get this running loading man like every 4th time I join a server, who runs forever. But I can hear gunshots and vehicles in the background. Game cache has been verified already.

I get this running loading man like every 4th time I join a server, who runs forever. But I can hear gunshots and vehicles in the background. Game cache has been verified already.

I see this happen a lot, it has actually happened to me a couple times. Current fix that I know of (if there is an admin on) is to open console ~ and ask an admin to double teamswap you.
