Reporting possible improper use of game clients

I've joined a server only to see this and don't sure about where to report it. Hope the OWI staff will see this too.

Chinese names here are all characters from a sci-fi Three-Body Problem.

    What is the problem ? Aren't they allowed to use chinese caracters ?

    never heard of "the three body problem", but it seems to be a book. couldnt find any restrictions for that book, so whats the problem with the names? or is it, because they use chinese-characters?
