temporarily remove SumariBala seed layers (and add rotational system of seed layers some point)

Sumari Bala is waaaaay overused by servers as seeding map, it's getting boring af by now. Please remove seed layer for now, add seed layer to some other maps which don't have such layer yet, and in 6 months or so re-add/re-activate seed layer of Sumari-Bala, so players won't get close to getting health-issues anymore of getting bored by that freaking Sumari map. Thanks

By rotational system I mean, please write script (at some point) that automatically deactivates seed layers of a few random maps and activates seed layers of other random maps. Then please let this script execute every 6 months or so (on the Squad-servers or clients, whichever is better).
