please massively increase main menu loading time on game startup

Currently takes like 16 entire seconds for main menu to finish loading (once the game goes fullscreen). (no it's not my pc, I have strong Ryzen 5600 6core12thread cpu, M.2 SSD, 64GB RAM). This really really is getting unacceptable for a 2023 AAA game...... (is the slowness due to the 3D objects in background scene loading?? If so, find a better solution ASAP, guys... idc if it's only a short .mp4 file playing in background in repeat. but it HAS to improve ASAP!!!)

    I partially agree. This is a 3D scene with its own textures and it changes when you change the graphics settings.

    Developers, please add an option to disable the background scene so it doesn't waste resources!
