Vehicle Bug claim results in crash

Title says it all but basically on Directx11, 1-2 seconds after walking to any vehicle on any map on any mode you crash instantly once squad lead approves of the vehicle or even if you are SL.
Fix? go back to Directx12 and suffer in silence with the new engine update.
