Game not loading on GeForce NOW

The game does not start up on GeForce NOW if you are subscribed to any mods through the Steam Workshop. It just gets stuck on this screen with no loading animation and the only way to fix it is to unsubscribe from all Squad mods. I waited for about 10 minutes to see if it was just downloading the mods but that does not seem to be the case.
