small mortar coordination improvement

When using a mortar:

  • it should be possible to see the range to a yellow fire-mission marker from your current position
  • it should be possible to highlight/un-highlight markers so they appear on your compass

Sometimes there just aren't enough squad markers to range & bracket multiple targets.
