One Kornet emplacement for Insurgents & Militia

Please add Kornet as deployable to the two factions, but limit it to one Kornet per map. In reality, many militant/insurgent groups had ATGMs, although not many, but they did have them.

    Agree, or they could use 9M113 Konkurs, which is the older version of Kornet. It's already in the game on BMP-2
