Glitch after being overrun by apc

Hello. I ran down a hill to an apc. While running down I got hit so that I was bleeding. Then I tried to heal myself I think, or lay a mine, not sure. In either case, I got run over while doing so. I think while getting run over I tried to lay prone. To get straight again to fight. But when I stood up, my hands are glitched. Anything in my hands is invisible and I can't use anything. I died 20-30s after that, upon respawn everything was normal.
