Can't see who is talking while having Command Menu open

If you open Command menu (caps lock default) it overlays the VOIP name tags and makes them invsible. This hasn't been the case before as an SL I spend a lot of time on that screen and knowing who is talking at a certain time can be crucial. It would be nice to get this "feature" back.

    This is absolutely something that needs to be reverted. I don't know who thought this was a good idea but it adds nothing but grief to solve a "problem" that was never an issue.
