Tournament Mode Error

Hi everyone, im having this problem while trying to play on SOT tournament, that when i try to join their svs i got all the time this error. They told me to cap de vram texture poolsize, but it didnt worked.

I have a Zotac 3060 12gb Vram, Intel Xeon E5-2680 v4, 96gb Ram. I dont know what else to do to fix this problem, if anyone can help me out i will appreciate it.
