They allow locking an MBT squad with just 2 crew (instead of leaving open for a 3rd crewman, commander), Just super awful and no surprise at all that players keep wasting epic tanks like Leo 2A6 on that server every day. Please, add a rule regarding that.

Dude that's like every server. Anybody who does armor you can ask. if you want a third person then you should ask if they want a third. Most servers just require two and a third is helpful but not needed. It's not wasting Assetts if you have two people.
