Highres Ground texures

I don't undestand much of 3D or texturing but the normal could be a bit 'bumpier' imo

This is why i use lumasharpen to a pretty extreme level with SweetFX, makes the ground and compound walls looks really detailed.

Such normals made a texture look like it was burnt by acid.

You can try to use crazybump or ndo2, bitmap2material (or whatever software) to make it better.

There is also a good old trick for that:

You can dublicate heightmap, blur it a little bit then apply the normalmap filter and set new layer to overlay (dont forget to disable the blue channel), duplicate the heightmap again blur it more and again apply normalmap filter and set to overlay, repeat until satisfactory... but nevertheless i personally recomend you to use some software for this...
