I played basketball since I was in first grade all the way up to varsity in high school. I also played soccer and golf. 

 

I like to pile a bunch of sand/weights into a backpack and go for a 'hike' of sorts. This is commonly called "rucking"

 

follow up:

 

ive enlisted in the US Army and i ship out to basic soon.

 

i started training with that personal trainer at 284lbs; weighed in today at 251.
