Map markers/chat messages tooltips with additional info

It would simplify communication if it is possible to know which squad placed marker/timestamp. To not increase symbol load on map, mouse over tooltip could be used to display such. Same for chat messages

1. Map enemy contact marker tooltip with squad number who placed it and timestamp.
2. Chat messages tooltip with timestamp
