Switch back to sound input/output devices when reconnected

Right now if sound input/output devices disconnected during active game process, then reconnected again, game doesn't use them anymore. It leads to people restarting the game to start using expected audio input/output.
e.g. With only 1 audio output, if it's disconnected, game doesn't seem to use any output anymore until restart

Simple solution, get a cord adapter, like my cloud core. The main cord never leaves the pc.

I have a hunch this is fixed in v13 since I can now change audio output device in windows and the game will actually recognise it when it didn't in v12. Not the same thing as your issue but it means the game can now change audio outputs when it's already running.
