Destruction/Digging up takes more time than construction.

I feel it should take longer to deconstruct a structure than to construct one. This would add greater value to contruction and also enhance the realism of in-game item placement, imo. It currently seems to easy to deconstruct placed items...

I agree.

 

Also damage to structures should be capped out so they require some digging as well, so you cant completely erase a sandbag wall with nothing remaining. Perhaps a different damage state rather than built/half built/sticks in the ground.

I'd be in favor of this if accordingly there was a cap on the amount of fortifications available to build on the FOB as well.
