4k runs like poop.

Recommended Posts

So, now i've been playing squad for quite some time on my 4k tv ( i know, its not a monitor )  in 1080p for a solid 60fps, but really want to run 4k solid 60fps.
Anyone with computer smarts be able to shoot in some suggestions?
i got everything maxed, except
Super sampling - 1.25
Distant shadows off
Motion blur off

ps, i literally slapped this PC together to play this game, had no idea what i was doing... lmao.

Your GPU is simply too weak for 4K, thats it. A 1080Ti is barely playing games on 30-60 FPS on 4K but your potato 1070 wont simply do it. Especially on maxed settings with super sampling on (lol).

And yes it works great on Full HD but it simply doesn't have to render that many pixels as on 4K.

Just FYI, super sampling renders your scene at even higher resolutions so if you're playing with 4k and super sampling 1.25, you're rendering 10,368,000 pixels instead of the native 4k 8,294,400 pixels.

Try putting everything on low except lighting and run without super sampling....
