Spawned/ Alive players

Could we maybe get a UI on the map of any numerical indicator of actual alive players, of your team. (not visible to enemy). Might be a good way of encouraging players to stay alive.  Red, Yellow, Green indication  10/40, 20/40, 35/40. 

 

Think a lot of players don't realise how being down gives the enemy a massive advantage, and drain on your side.

I think staying alive is just one aspect of helping the team, sure, but it's also a given logic. One can be alive all round long but a lone wolf so it's a bit of a flawed statistic....

 

There needs to be an individualized approach to encourage the squad, as a whole, to stick together and fight for an objective. With the new revive system coming in V12 it should instill better cooperation between all players to stick together which is awesome and at the same time will give the medics a bit of a boost because they won't be the only ones able to revive, just heal.

not sure why this would be useful ... being down and waiting for a medic or quick respawn this sounds like it might encourage respawn.. dont think it will encourage anyone to stay alive... infact it might do the opposite in terms of tickets... if the team is down to 30 tickets with 15 people alive more might spawn in thinking they will help...

Interesting idea. 

 

What about a more general indication of squad combat worthiness? It's probably impossible, but a combination of health, ammo and proximity? So, a fully armed, healthy squad, sticking together would be a solid blue, while a beat up one would be increasingly transparent or different hue?
