Wat should I bother more modes or vehicles as I did not even seen the map on a server. Or know how it plays.

As the map creator it's your responsibility to market your work. Approach server operators to see if they would like to host an event on your map. Or submit it to the next "Squad Modding Weekly Roundup" in the squad modding discord. 

 

People wanted this piecemeal, ARMA style modding situation and so this is where we are now.

I only answered why I won't bother other modes and vehicles.

So we are almost 4 months in 2018. And I was asked to make this map compatible with V10. But I hardly see any server running these maps.
So why should one bother to make these maps compatible with V10 or V11 or whatever V"s there will appear ? :-)

I heard there are Weekly modding round up evenst where people play these maps. But will this eventually lead to more servers running these maps....

Hey man, I can kinda feel you at the moment.

 

OWI said that this is still the first iteration of modding support and that they want to make it a lot easier for servers to run mods/players to connect to them. I bet in a few months it will be normal to see full servers running custom maps.

 

I really hope you dont give up, I loved playing your and other custom RO 2 maps! :)

And there is already level gaming which will run Forest air and Strike at karkand soon... (Up to 40 vs 40 players)

 

My hint:

Add some cool fog and night (fullmoon, so no night vision required) settings and the map will probably become as famous as Al Basrah night and storm version on Steam Workshop are at the moment :)

I never liked night maps. As looking back most of them in all the games I played wheren't even close to how a dark night look.

In ArmA 3 it looks awesome with full moon and fog on the jungle map, it was just an epic experience that one Halloween night when the server admin of that specific server turned on that setting

Seconded. Having tried to play on servers running mods and such, and failed, I'd just wait until they're farther along. I've got no doubt that your maps and other will see heavy rotation once it's sorted.
