Tried uploading pic, but wont let me, prob took up all my space I have left.  Anyway my old computer was an AMD Athalon duel core, no way it can measure up to the Intel 7700k.

I was looking at the Radeon RX480 8gb because its fairly affordable but may go for something more.

AMD is about to launch it's 500 series. You might want to hold off just a bit. I here they are supposed to be very nice and affordable.

Just a slight frequency boost from what I have heard. Still want to see what Vega has to offer myself. Just took a plunge on a 2nd hand 1080 as people with deep pockets are upgrading to the 1080ti.

First SQUAD test on chora 76 full server Screen res and Hz 3440x1440 100Hz

Anti Aliasing: TXAA - Resolution scale: Of (100) - rest on EPIC - Motion Blur/Bloom/Ambient Occlusion/Eye Adaption/Lens Flare/Full Texture Loading: On

= 98-100.FPS :D  IT RUNS SQUAD!!!

Personally I get rid of TXAA and motion blur and run Res. Scaling at 1.25x 1.5x. Even so that's an impressive fps you have.

I will :) Ithink I dont need AA at this res. just had to try it out. was affrait that the hi screen res kills my fps, but I gues not :D

Literally the exact same rig I have now. Enjoy yourself never dropping below 70 FPS (and that's in 3440x1440p).

If you play 1080p, set super sampling to 2.0 and just gliiiiiiiide.

I'm already playing n 4K as my new monitor arrived - 1ms as well. But with my 1070 I am having a hard time sometimes my FPS drops to like mid 50s? LOL

Gotta say, when I went from 1080p to 1440p it was great, the step up to 4K is also great!

My eyes are very happy.
