We need the wildlings as winter insurgents.

Well, considering the exquicite skill and aptitude the modders here show, I'd say a GoT mod for Squad is far, far, far away from impossible. But then again, I know nothing... :P

Substance share is a great place for those who are looking for textures, I like the idea that we the substance community can share our created materials with each other and build a vast library for our future needs, so if you create materials that aren't in the library, feel free to share at https://share.allegorithmic.com/

Here are a few of my shared Smart Materials;

I think IroNTaXi has turned it around and is waiting on the community to create them.

Following on from the moon base on Intergalactic Squad, I give you:

.

That would be the best April Fools Squad event (or mod) ever!

I mean, the start of the day-long Mars invasion campaign could go like this:

*roger that, Alpha 1*. *Our scouts have eyes on the target.*

*Copy that Zephyr 2*. *Initiate Operation Valkyrie, Over*. *GO, GO, GO!*

Meanwhile, joint Japanese-British forces flying patrol over Wake Island at 52,700ft....

Sorry for going off-topic from community content development -- especially with April Fools' mods :P

Anyway, do you guys know if my current 6th Gen. Core i5 laptop (with integrated graphics) would be able to handle UE4 3D editing for Squad?  Or would I have to get myself something with more muscle (like a Core i7 laptop with a Nvidia 960M)?

Thanks, and nice work to all of you!

Integrated graphics might be a problem, but why not just try it.

Also, you should post these types of questions in "Hardware Support" thread.

yeah i know :) . sheep would be cool, or cows . . .

the rocks have been a real problem for me, particularly the rocky cliffs and peaks. i've used a nice chunky texture but it just looks weak - not gnarly enough!

the other problem i'm still trying to work out is how to darken the landscape stuff, ie: i've made "Dark" copies (almost Black) of all the colour textures i'm using for the landscape and road materials but they just don't come out really dark. just kind of dark'ish grey.

I can't remember off the top of my head, but I think there is a BP node that'll control the contrast/brightness of said texture.

I always folded it up and rested the my hand on the outside of the trigger guard.

Never felt comfortable with it down.
