    You can easily add new components via the manage mode to the map and they will mirror the landscape beside it. That way you can extend the map out so thats there no visible drop off too.     Looks great chance, Once suggestion I do have is having the little offshoot island that's out to the north west there on your map (It would be the south eastern island in the PR map) to be much bigger, it seems a bit too small currently, I'd say have it bigger or at least a similar size to the PR one. Other than that it looks great.

    This looking good mate, keep up the great work. Once we get more actual city/urban buildings it will look even more like Al Basrah. You can always try recreate the buildings yourself. I'm pretty sure I saw that you can use sketchup if you're not used to 3d modelling programs.

    I agree too, anyone who thinks the game was always going to play like this until full release has been misled somehow. The game has always been aiming for the PR type gameplay but way better. I personally can't wait for vehicles and the logistics side of things as it adds much more gameplay and tactical elements in each match.

    God damn looking good, those reload animations for the ppsh and the SKS look awesome. I'm loving the vehicles content too as well as the new US army models (They remind me of the PR ones). I love how fast this is coming together now.

    I'm very much a beginner when it comes to UE4 but I've started a test map to test myself on how to make a map. Here's some images of my progress at the moment, it's pretty basic. I need to learn how to design areas too like villages, Does anyone have any references for that kind of stuff?

    Damn, this recap looks good. I love the look and sound of the 50. but the sounds are probably placeholder so that makes me very excited if the placeholders sound good.
  14. Backer Tag Redeem!

    I'm a commander and logged into the game after I linked my account. I've yet to see any perks or get my tag so I think there might be an issue. EDIT Nevermind, I never realised that they actually sent out keys for the perks in an email, you have to redeem that via steam.
