  1. Teamwork incentive

The theme of this thread was to encourage teamwork. You can encourage teamwork passively by offering very, very small, rewards. I'm not talking about penalizing the lone wolf; although adding sway, and jitter would make it more interesting. There could be small incentives for the lone wolf too, especially if they've contributed in some positive way. I'm not certain what criteria the devs would use to determine the reward.
  2. Teamwork incentive

That is another area where the devs can tweak. If all the squad members are dead and the sole survivor was true to his squad, helped out, shoveled, bandaged, etc, he should be given a small survivor bonus at least until someone is picked up or spawns. If the sole survivor was a lone wolf and did not actively contribute to his squad, then no bonus.
  3. Where Did You Hear About Squad?

  4. Teamwork incentive

+1 I don't think penalizing someone for going at it alone is the answer, but a slight increase in stats for participation is certainly welcome.
  5. Required experience for being a SL

As stated by others above, I think you might need to take things to the next level and seriously think of joining a clan. I'm certain that there are clans out there that will accommodate your schedule. I do agree that Noobs should not be assuming the role of a squad leader until they've achieved a level of competence. This should be at the discretion of the individual and not by a ranking system or the hand of Offworld. No matter where you go, there will always be assholes that refuse to work together. I myself, have only been playing for a short while. Due to my lack of experience, I won't be leading a squad for awhile although I'd love an opportunity to try my hand at it some day. I don't need a ranking system, or some invisible scoring script to tell me when I should, or should not, squad lead. If joining a clan is out of the question, then you have some choices. If you don't like who's leading your squad, you have three choices, stomach it, help, or leave. If another SL is abusive, you can ignore him, try to work with him or leave.
  6. Combat vehicle guide ! Caution very long text !!

Vehicles don't stop on a dime and that delay can be worsened by lag. A lot of times people also forget about the space bar.
