  1. Post Operational Debrief

To whom it may concern, One of the most successful characteristics of strong teams is 'Post-Operational Debriefs' or in the case of Squad what could be 30 seconds for the team after the match to talk about what they've done wrong and how they can improve. I've seen it's success personally at the D1 level after a match, and at the deployed level after an operation regardless if we engaged in a firefight. This may not be the right move for the game as it reduces the pace and may need to be something the Squad Leaders initiat in the first few seconds of the next match.... I have, however, found that no system is better than a post-operational debrief in generating accountability, team cohesion, and future operational success. Just my two thoughts, Sgt. Banana
