  1. What screen capture program to use?

I searched a lot and compare some i have ever used these days. Until now I think fraps http://www.fraps.com/ and Camtasia ( whose output is camproj http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/camproj-to-mp4.html) are the top 2 best screen capturer. Fraps generated far bigger video size which is bad but the frame rate is stable no matter in the video or during gamplay. Camtasia is better at video editing after you capture a segment of gameplay. no, mine is nvidia 970m but as far as i know the shadowplay does not support laptop
  2. SVD too weak

I take it as a middle-distant combat accurate rifle.
  3. What screen capture program to use?

The critical issue is the bad optimization. BF4 has a better output frame rate and physical destroy effect with the same number of players which is 64 as in Squad. However, I can get around 70 to 90 fps in most BF4 map with 100% resolution and default setting of high graphics. Squad's fps the half of BF4's.
  4. How to improve performance?

Mine is 970M +4720HQ, with the similar ability to 960's. The best frame rate i get is in the small map of Afghangistan village which is around 50fps. I think the medium graphics setting should be the best. Shut down all the motion blur since it makes no sense and drag the vision distance to 50% of the total.
  5. Basic Tactical Situations

You can learn all of those thing in this book Combat Bible.
  6. How/Where did you discover Squad?

One day when i am watching a live game TV. I see a anchor led a squad and ask them to dig and fight in a village. I thought it was too much like a documentary everything seems so real. So I decided to buy this game.
