Hi Just to follow up on this, Bluefang have be great in helping us solve this issue considering how busy they were all there responses were fast, accurate and helpful and once they started the server move it was done in the blink of an eye well done on there part for going the extra mile to keep a customer happy.   5. Hi I am the owner of the server in question and have the following statement. We were quite frustrated about this situation and the way we had to find out we had no protection from DDoS attacks which hit us hard. I have been in talks with Bluefang support which have had super fast responses and have been helpful despite how rude i come across due to poor typing skills They have now clearly explained how everything works and i wish i had access to that information earlier at the time of purchase, but this information should have been readily available on the purchase screen i would have choose a different more suitable location at time of purchase I should not of had to use assumption when making a purchase. Also believe that comparegamehosting need a good kick up the back side for there website for supplying consumers with misleading information and supplying information with out Bluefang knowledge I am still working with Bluefang to find a solution and hope to continue using there services and hope to expand our server hosting with them in the future our server is very good in performance only using 15% cpu with full server I would recommended just because the level of support received but i do believes some minor website adjust are needed because they are good host just lack of easy to access info Regards Mark
